Hi, As SQL mean "Standard Query Language" If I know MySql can I make database on others systems like Oracle, Ms Sql, etc...

It would certainly make it a lot easier, other SQL databases and MySQL are very similar as MySQL is an SQL based database. But not identical, there are differences and I'd say MySQL is slightly easier to use than others.

Some of the basic syntax or statements of write queries will be same but rest of the things may differ. Though knowledge SQL always helps in know other DBMS better.

SQL is independent of the databases ! SQL means Structured query language . We use this language to fire queries with the databases... SQL is common for all the databases.
