yes, and after reading a bit more, it looks like I have to setup a scheduled task to run a perl script to execute. I've set this up, but it says that "TempDir" doesn't have write permissions.....but I'm not sure where the temp directory is that it's trying to use. I've given write permissions on c:\windows\temp, but I still get the following error message in the movable type log:

Unable to secure lock for executing system tasks. Make sure your TempDir location (/tmp) is writable.
Is there another temp directory that it's trying to use? I don't see where it specifies the path for this directory anywhere.
