I would to know if there is other restore method that i can used rather that use the restore function in System Tools.

Because my backup files in tar.gz format is 30MB and the system said its too large.

Anyone can help me.

Short answer: no, i don't think so.

Long answer: you could try using the backup feature and choose the split option, then study the split files to see if you could split your 30 MB file somehow.

anyway, is there any possible way that i can upload my backup file to the server of my new blog ... then restore the file from there?
My connection here so slow. If the file can be restore directly from the server, i think it can be speed up when i do multiple restore. Am i right?
