As the title suggests, I'm desperately looking to include Previous and Next Entry links which are specific to the entry's category.

The closest thing I've found is this dynamic plugin that I used to use:

but with mt4.2 I have no idea how to implement it as the mt folders have all moved. I tried placing them in php/lib folder but that still doesn't work...

Is there anyone out there who knows how to either

1) modify this plugin so it works
2) finds another way to add these links
