Pardon me if it's lurking here somewhere, but what's a good comments pagination thing I can use for my MT 4 blog? I know there's some Javascript one, but I wouldn't like to explain why comments don't work because someone turned off his Javascript in his browser. Thanks in advance!

The way I've developed it is to allow you to paginate comments in blocks of say 10 comments per page

For usage especially in an ajax like environment
