Brand new, non-techie user here. Install of 4.23 seemed to go well, but on the Design>Style page there are no styles to choose from. What am I missing?

Thanks for responding. Yes, it is. But like many instances on the system, a click on the link takes me nowhere (the links show the "hand" icon indicating it's clickable, but when clicked nothing happens and a java script: void(0) message appears in the lower left of the browser.)
