When I try to change my comment preferences in my Movable Type 4.23 dashboard, it seems to get cut off right below the check box regarding comment response. The Save Changes button is not there, nor is the footer. Any ideas what might be causing this? I've only noticed it since upgrading to 4.23. It is frustrating because I cannot save my comment preference changes!

I would double check that the mt-static folder was uploaded correctly.
