Each entry has four places for entering text:  Title, Main Entry Text, Additional Entry Text, Excerpt.  I'd like a 5th text box.  It's greedy of me, I know, but it would sure come in handy.

Has anybody done this?

You could use Brad Choate's Key Values plugin to do this.
