Someone pls advise me... I've just installed MT2.21 on another server for my another website. The installation was smoothed and when I used MT-check.cgi, it said that all required module has been installed. However, it said that my server



Is this the main cause for me not being able to log in? I'm running with mySql installed but whenever I entered the default username and password, it accepts them but just keep on bringing me back to the main login page!

I've installed MT many times before and this is the first time I'm experiencing this problem.. this is very fustrating.

Could anyone please explain to me what's going on?

Did you run mt-load to load the default author?  What is listed in mt_author when you view the mysql database?

I've looked into the table and under mt_author it says:

author_name: Melody

author_password: kYWvZ1Zm54Y86

I thought the default password was Nelson? Anyway I tried both and it's still not working...
