Is it possible to count how many times users have read each stories and make TOP 10.

I haven't seen a good solution for doing this with MT.  I would guess that if you were good with php and MySQL, you could follow the info in Simple MySQL PHP Hit Counter (which is what google found me) and integrate in the MTEntryID into that table.  Then you could pull the info back out to make a list.
