I'm in the process of setting up a sewing blog at http://www.eli-nati.com/eli/Sewing/ (might still move it, so that's not a permanent link).  I really like some of the features that I've seen at SewWrong and SewHipitHurts, and I was wondering if you could give me some tips.

How did you set up the project pages?  Are "projects" categories?  Are they a special type of archive page?

I also really like the side bars on the project pages, with the costs of materials and the fabric used.  Is there anything special about that?

Just wondering if you have any tips for setting up any of these very functional features on my new sewing blog.  Also, Mena, you once posted on Sew Wrong that you might add a new feature to Movable Type which would allow different sewing blogs using movable type to contribute to a pooled blog.  Any update on that?  Since projects take a long time, and we all have limited time, I think a pooled sewing blog would be neat because it would increase the frequency of posts (and create a community).

take care,
eli

I would guess Mena was referring to Trackback - a recently added feature to Movable Type.
